A monthly membership includes 2 private yoga therapy sessions (60 min each) online or in person and access to the community self-practice space on Zoom twice a week. During private sessions, you will be given personalized practices that are best suited for you. These private sessions can be scheduled at any time that is convenient for you. Joining the self-practice community allows you to build consistency, get extra alignment tips from your teacher, and feel more motivated and supported. This is a long-term approach that brings the best results. There is no refund for any unused sessions, the membership can be easily canceled at any time. The membership kicks in after the first use.
