This membership offers a long-term, individualized approach to physical, mental, and emotional healing. Working one-on-one with a certified yoga therapist, you’ll develop a personalized practice and a clear understanding of your goals, timeline, and the steps needed to restore balance and well-being at your own pace.
Each month includes:
Two private yoga therapy sessions (60 minutes each), online or in person at my location (San Diego, CA)
Personalized exercise plan to practice at home (15 min) focusing on long-term healing strategy and immediate goals.
Weekly community self-practice on Zoom (30 min), where you can follow your personalized homework with guidance and gentle support
Full access to my on-demand library and specialized courses, featuring in-depth explorations of key topics to enrich your healing journey
The practices you’ll receive are gentle, accessible, and adaptable to your current condition and level of experience. Each plan may include mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and visualization — always customized to support your individual needs.
This membership is designed for steady, meaningful progress through consistency and personal guidance. Unused sessions are not refundable, but your membership can be canceled at any time. Your commitment begins only after your first private session.
