Many Ashtanga practitioners seek one-on-one guidance when they feel stuck in their practice, want to progress in their postures, or simply don’t have easy access to a Mysore Shala. Some also connect with my teaching style and find benefit in personalized coaching and care.
While improving physical postures is important, true growth in Ashtanga also involves navigating life’s natural ups and downs—shifts in physical health, emotional challenges, and changes in daily circumstances that can impact practice.
When Ashtangis reach out for additional support in the wellness field, their needs are sometimes misunderstood. As both an Ashtangi and a yoga therapist, I bring an understanding of both perspectives. Having personally experienced childbirth, early parenting, migraines, fatigue, and injuries, I’ve learned how to make Ashtanga practice sustainable, empowering, and enjoyable.
Together, we’ll co-create a personalized path that honors your unique needs, challenges, and goals.
A private session includes reviewing your intake form, discussing your goals, examining your asana practice, offering guidance on additional yogic tools, and a follow-up email with a brief summary.
