Private Ashtanga Yoga Class

Many Ashtanga practitioners seek one-on-one guidance when they feel stuck, want to refine their postures, or don’t have regular access to a Mysore-style shala. While technique matters, true growth also means adapting practice to life’s changes — shifts in health, emotions, and routine.

As both an experienced Ashtangi and a certified yoga therapist, I understand the balance between tradition and individual needs. Having personally navigated childbirth, fatigue, migraines, and injuries, I know how to make Ashtanga sustainable and empowering.

Before we meet, you’ll complete an intake form so I can prepare for your session (please, allow for 3 business days to process your intake). Together, we’ll explore your current practice and the lifestyle factors that support it. You’ll receive:

  • A personalized intake review

  • One hour of private, level-appropriate Ashtanga guidance

  • Lifestyle suggestions to enhance your practice

  • An Overview of a long-term focus plan for continued growth

Sessions are available online or in person in San Diego (University Heights). It’s a personalized way to deepen your practice and reconnect with its purpose.
