Single Yoga Therapy Session

Yoga therapy is a holistic approach designed to support anyone seeking greater health and well-being. As your yoga therapist, I will carefully review your Intake Form and listen deeply to your story in your own words. Together, we’ll explore your physical, mental, and emotional health to create a personalized healing strategy tailored just for you. You’ll receive a realistic timeframe for positive changes, and the plan will always evolve based on your feedback and active participation.

This therapy draws on a rich variety of yogic tools—gentle asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, drishti (gazing), body awareness, chanting, visualizations, affirmations, mudras (hand gestures), vocalizations, deep relaxation, lifestyle adjustments, and more. Each practice is carefully adapted to meet your unique needs.

Whether you’re coping with chronic pain, recovering from injury or illness, healing emotional wounds, processing life experiences, or simply striving to be present and authentic in the moment, together we will co-create a therapeutic program that feels right for you. Yoga therapy welcomes you exactly as you are—no matter your current physical condition.

A typical yoga therapy session includes reviewing your Intake Form, discussing your goals, developing a personalized long-term plan (for ongoing clients), practicing tailored yoga techniques, and following up with a summary email that includes homework and, if desired, a custom video sequence.
