
A personalized introduction to working together!
This one-on-one private session is an opportunity to experience how I work and to explore your practice and goals in a personalized, supportive setting. It’s suitable for practitioners of any level, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners.
Before our meeting, you’ll complete a detailed intake form so I can learn about your background, needs, and intentions. Please allow at least three business days for me to review it and prepare for your session.
During our time together, we’ll move through one hour of customized yoga — focused on your current goals, health, or overall wellness.
This session includes:
Personalized intake review and preparation prior to your visit
One hour of private yoga, adapted to your level and goals
A brief overview of your long-term strategy — what I’d recommend focusing on if we continue working together
A follow-up email with a short summary of your session and personalized homework to support your ongoing practice
This experience can be held virtually or in person at my location in San Diego (University Heights). It’s a great way to get a feel for my approach and see how we can best collaborate on your ongoing yoga journey.
