
Yoga Therapy Members are welcome to join our FREE virtual self-practice community every Wednesday and Friday from 12:00 to 12:30 p.m. (PST). At this time, you can work on the sequence of postures that was given to you during your private yoga therapy session. You can also receive tips from the teacher to improve alignment and breath awareness. This space is primarily made for self-accountability, ensuring consistency of practice, motivating, and supporting each other.
